    new skin ... for mods

    hello gfy mods, just want to let you know that new skin background image is so so big



    its very very slowing down ff when i opened more tabs and i think i am not alone. everything other is cool, just the background is f*cked up. if you can do something with it please, i really cannot access gfy now and i think i may not alone just to let you know ... ;) keep up the good work everyone!

                  That shouldn't be too hard to fix. Since it's B/W, it could pretty easily be a limited-palette gif. Could squeeze a much smaller filesize out of it, I'd imagine.

                              The image should only load one time and then each subsequent load will happen from your cache... which will take no extra time.

                                      oh no guys i am not talking about downloading the image from the server, but big repeating image in ff is throwing cpu to 90%+, thats known for firefox ... maybe i just need upgrade from ff1.5 to something newer ;)
