Well the popup was resolved it seems, but none of the other stuff yet.

The leaks I mentioned, and the third biller Eurodebit option. Maybe using a third biller was explained and I missed it?

The traffic leaks on the tour I mentioned that give signups to the house, and the third biller Eurodebit option which gives no credit to webmasters.

I am not sure they pay on the eurodebit option. They have an option to track it though as they do pay on the mail ins etc.

I am sure they don't pay on it. Nor do they pay on the other traffic leaks on the tour which they have known about for well over a year.

No big deal, I'm over it. Just never thought I'd have to add ATK to that list.

I'm looking into the 3rd biller situation, as you can imagine we can't just flip a switch and suddenly have things changed and/or setup to be paying affiliates immediately. But we'll get a solution as soon as we can.

I'm still not sure what the other traffic leaks are either.

But rest assured we are working on completely revamping the entire program... sites, cash program... the works.

It's just not an over night job.

I can imagine it happening just about as fast as the third biller was added. Hard to believe that not one person over there gave a thought about how to pay affiliates on this biller. Incidentally, how long has this biller been in place?

This thread is over 30 days old and apparently the only thing fixed was the ccbill popup. Your words sound sincere, and they very well may be, but the inaction is speaking much louder, at least to me.

The traffic leaks were promised to be fixed over a year ago and never were. I let it slide.... But adding another biller and thereby 'milking' sales from affiliates is just wrong. Putting the leaks and the extra biller together just put a bad taste in my mouth. If all this was done before you guys got there, fine, but it doesn't make it taste any better.

If you want to discuss it, hit me up and talk about it like a man - I'm available just about 24/7, and I've never gotten an email from you, ICQ msg, phone call - nothing. GFY is more/less a circus, and anyone with 1/2 a brain knows that, yet you decide to bump and old thread with a VERY misleading title.

Anyway, there was more fixed than just the popup, and more stuff is being fixed. That eurobiller doesn't seem to have an affiliate option that we can take advantage of so we're looking at making changes but obviously don't want to lose the option entirely.

At the same time, we're all stretched very thin at a lot of angles but rest assured that we are working at it. If some people simply can't wait to see those changes, we'll understand. But we'd rather ask that you be patient.

I have been in contact with ATK about the first of these issues, nothing was done. The other issues were brought up in this thread, so there is no need for contact.

We're in the process of changing that billing option it's just taken longer than planned. Once it's done, that option will be removed from any join page. Until then you can wait patiently or keep bumping this thread claiming we shave.

I'm not avoiding or sweeping anything under the rug. I just don't want to give any credence to the trolls. It's my right to ask people to contact me personally to discuss business, and if they choose not to do so then so be it. I still see hardcoded INHOUSE affiliate id's on your tours, the eurodebit option, and now you are even peddling software from your join pages. Must be pretty lucrative to exclude half the world from your affiliate traffic.

Why do you keep wanting me to contact you? I contacted you guys well over a year ago now about the leaks on your tours, and nothing was done, so I really don't see how contacting you personally will change anything noted above.

Actually the EuroDebit should only be appearing if you visit the site directly. If you visit via an affiliate link, it should not appear. Also, if you don't have your ccbill/paycom ID entered into the ATKCash database.... and you use your own link code, it will still appear as our system won't know to use a specific processor.

I just went through an affiliate link(ccbill/paycom id's are in the atk database) to a general tour on atkgalleria.
I then clicked the link that says "WANT TO SEE EVEN MORE OF OUR AMAZING MODELS? CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR FREE EXTENDED TOUR!", and the join page contains the eurodebit option.

And your Help and Contact links still have hardcoded in house id's.

Can you give me your link, or your id, or... well, anything that I can possibly use to trouble shoot this?
We've gone through 30+ different affiliate's links and never saw the eurodebit option.

Ok, so... I tried your link and do not see the Eurodebit option. So I'm not sure how to fix the problem that I can't replicate. I'm not sure what to tell you but I just had a few other people check and they don't see it either.

Also, the help and contact links go to static html pages... not to any in house id's. And CCBill and Paycom both set their own cookies so going to a static html page will not lose your sale.

affiliate id 1024345 is hardcoded into the join links from several pages already noted in this thread.

How old is the privacy software banner? Is it a test?

The eurodebit and privacy banner were put there as options for direct traffic that wasn't sent by affiliates. I don't know why they were still showing up... I didn't code it nor was I around when they were added. I am not the decision maker much less privy as to why the banner was added or how well it did.

But as far as I can tell they were only on the one join form out of the 7 different join forms we have. While still a traffic leak, it wasn't huge.

And it's now being rectified. Neither the processor nor the banner should appear now. I'm sorry it wasn't done sooner but I'm doing what I can.

I'll spend the day looking for "1024345" and fix all of those links that I can find.

As I said, if you're still upset about it, don't promote us. I can't do any more than my best.

Ah, I had checked all the tours... the support site isn't even handled by me. It's customer support's area. But I'm having them get on it and fix that.
