Depends on how much, several high risk possibilites come to my mind but none of those is really fast.
Fast = 99 pct. of the time either a legitimized or a real scam.
Loaning is one option, you need to have a thick skin for that though, lots of people have no sense of legality, and their limited way to deal with money corresponds with their limited mental / life abilities, most of them will sign pretty much anything.
Ask all the pawnbrokers on the street where I live now.
