Agreed!! I've never had a problem with them either in 8.5 years plus. I absolutely LOVE WEBAIR! Always seems to be the same people bad mouthing them in here over and over. Things happen, people have issues, one issue in four years doesn't sound too bad to me. Chill out give them the chance to fix it.
