Argentina and Chile. People down there really think internet was made for downloading full movies, programs and music for free.
In Argentina, they even teach kids at school how to use Ares and such programs to download stuff.
I still can't convince my brother to at least make ONE legal site of anything, lol. He thinks i'm delusional...
