Just curious on opinions about this.
I submit a gallery to a certain website (not going to say who it is cause they are normally pretty cool). They email me back that the gallery is too busy, so I strip it down some and resubmit back along with an explanation. It's accepted but put in the wrong category so I notify them of that and then they tell me the gallery is no longer accepted cause they are going to be using the content themselves in a couple of weeks.
Not trying to be a cry baby, but thinking this might start a nice firestorm of conflicting opinions in a thread.
Will not confirm or deny who the site is cause like I said they are normally pretty cool and it's nice to still have places to submit to for free - oh yeah, they don't charge for submitting so I guess that info should be in here too. This fact is kind of important, but I still did a lot of work trying to find content for that category from that sponsor that wasn't being used.
Just dying to hear opinions on this. Expecting two extremes at least!
My conclusion is 1) fire off crap to everyone, cause anything that takes more than 10 seconds to do in this biz doesn't pay off
2) Don't have any consideration for anyone (Really, I had no idea?), and sell content that can't be copied or pirated and/or must be consumed - cams, dating, prick pills etc...
