one out of a million providers isnt to bad

although i really like global crossing, maybe you had an issue that was not related to them specifically but a peer, provider or someone in between?
glbx really does have some great routing, and is basically the ONLY real player from the North America to South America.

I was physically in Toyama (San Jose). I had a few dozen open racks with them for the late-90s, early 2000s.
