    Looking for Short Term (90 Day) House Rental in Los Angles

    Looking to rent a house (no apts, condos, whatevers - standalone only, please) for 60 to 90 days in the LA area for a project. Can be a smaller place, its just going to be me. Needs to be in a good, safe, quiet area. Something with a view would be nice. I want to be close to everything yet away from everyone, if that makes sense. A house at the end of a long, winding road would be nice, though I doubt any such thing exists in LA. At least a 1 car garage, I really don't want to park outside. Exact dates are not yet nailed down, but looking towards getting started in Jan, 2008.

              Yeah, I already have been looking there and I am not seeing what I am looking for. Hoping there is someone here who is renovating something, just about done, wants to make some easy cash before dumping it on the market.
