I would say it's just whats produced. Just like back in ye olden days every porn movie was WAY too zoomed in where you could hardly tell what was on the screen. I mean nearly EVERY porno was that way. You can't tell me it was market driven, it was just ignorance in how to film sex IMHO until someone got smart.
