                  He is proposing a theory if I would say and plans to test it out. I think that is what scientists do.

On averages in 'intelligence', 'temperament', and so forth.

                                                                                                                                                                                      If we assume that blacks are on average faster runners for example (even this is not conclusive, although the past 40 years suggests the fastest blacks are a few seconds faster than the fastest whites - but up until the 1950's and 1960's virtually all winners of the Olympic sprints were white), it doesn't mean all blacks are faster than all whites. There are many Whites faster than many blacks but the proportions may differ. Maybe when running at average speed you'll find the highest percentage of all blacks and all whites, but as you get to the fastest speeds possible perhaps the ratio changes from 2:1 for blacks over whites. Maybe it works the same way for say, academic acumen etc.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  so in short: every country, even those who have similiar land/temprature/gold/oil etc make it to get with the evolution....except the country where they will live on trees for the next 50 years...

Yes, I do, why? Because I believe in evolution and in the past few 100 years where the white man has been schooling itself and educating itself, the black man has been fighting itself and or been used for slavery etc.
                                                                                                                                                                                                      Because you cant say anything negative about the blacks even if its true. You are supposed to look the other way when something negative comes up, pretend that it doesn't exist. For extra credit and points, you can preach about equality or make excuses for them. I thought everybody knew this.
