if anything, embedding something puts one at far more risk than if they were hosting user submitted content themselves, because they or the scripts they are running willfully publish the content

Boneprone is a public figure in the adult business. This lawsuit will get a lot of exposure, more then suing dozens of lager or smaller sites, just because of who boneprone is in the industry. It makes a point, an example, and if they win, will scare the living shit out of piles of larger and smaller sites stealing content. It'll also help to open back up the industry to people who actually PAY for content.
It makes sense to sue boneprone, huge, and make massive media coverage out of it if your goal is to stop people from stealing your content.

Jman lost his ownership, he was offered the entire property including all my equity in it and Jman declined it. I lost it to the bank 3 years ago. I just recently bought it back after a huge flood in the area.
now the gov't is offering grants and guaranteed loans to people coming into that area to develop and rebuild it. Fantastic news for a guy without great credit and piles of contractor connections like me!!!!(I grew up in the gravel business) wooo hooo!!!!!

I'm saying Jman was 5 months behind in his payments, and had put no money down. I put $30,000 down. I still hadn't cancelled his contract. Then, I offered for him to take over the entire property, giving him my down payment ($30,000) and all the payments I had been making up to that point if he took over the loan and property. He refused.
Wasn't that enough? he had already legally lost the land before I went bankrupt, I was being nice to him and tried to give him the land before I went under. Jman didn't even file as a creditor in the bankruptcy, he was given the oportunity to but he had no legal leg to stand on.
And even after that I would have made it up to him if he hadn't told me he was only my friend cause I was buying him stuff. THAT was my limit.
