The content that the models on webcam sites generate is owned by the webcam site and or the webcam provider, or is joint ownership between the provider and the cam model. Taking screenshots of a private chat for use on another site would be considered illegal, use without consent, etc.

In addition, you would not own any rights to those photos without any kind of release. The model is the photographer in this case, not you. You also would not have the necessary 2257 docs.

What you want to do instead is t contact the site owners that the models work for and see if you can make a deal with them. Keep it legal and above board.
Dude, maybe spend a little time reading a thread before going head first INTO it. This is what the OP said:

"Would it be allowed to pay for a private show, specifically to see if the model would be interested in doing self shot content"

He at no time implied he was going to private chat with them to take screenshots or take screenshots without her permission. What he DID said was that we would like to go into a private chat with models to enquire if they would be interested in doing some self shot content for him.

Now I'm not saying this is or isn't right but if a model DOES agree to take some self shot pictures for him to use then this has nothing to do with you or your cam site. Having said that, you banning him from your cam site or dropping the model is entirely your prerogative too.
