What would definitely apply is if you used spell check. We do that in the US periodically. In fact, it's built into most browsers in this day and age.
All seems pretty legit in your post other than the Mercedes being driven by mostly old people. I would like to spit on any "old" person that lived through WW2 and drives anything German made.

I understand where the Mazda thing comes from, but at least the areas I have lived in it was all about the Miata. Anything else was pretty much fair game.

As for the Mazda rant, which Mazda? There are so many! Miatas look like chick cars, but aren't. Mazda3 is just a regular mom/student/retired person hatchback. Mazda MPV is a minivan.
