As a side note, it's completely simple to set up a debit card payout system as a program and pay your affiliates with it. Your bank that runs payroll, etc can get you set up easily, unless they are a small bank that doesn't handle batch processed debit solutions.

I thought that was the case and have been wanting to look into this. You are like a banking processing demigoddess. Would you be willing to tell me via email or in public what to ask my bank, or how to go about it?

I know webmasters would still bitch specially if they needed 1 card for every sponsor. Yet for some of us in the micro niche world it really would help our few but very loyal foreign webmasters.

Also while on that subject Kimmykim, how difficult would it be to set up as a small payment center for a handful of small sites so that their webmasters all could use just 1 debit card?
You know have ccbill or whatever send proper info to 1 person who then loads cards etc.

I can understand the webmasters who don't want to use companies that don't use epass. However, you also need to look at it from the other perspective. Big companies don't want to keep huge amounts of money in accounts they feel are unstable. If something were to happen to epass we'd lose that money and we'd both be fucked. Everyone gets hurt. Something better will come out eventually. Before epass and paypal everyone was fine with checks and wires.

Noone complained before epass existed and anyone running a serious business from a country that has banks can cash a check or get a wire.

I don't think most non-US webmasters use epass, it's a minority and (no personal offense, Antonio) since epass openend shop the number of scammers, spammers and shady people in this busines increased alot.

It's not about electronic transactions, but the way the epass guys are running their business is like an official invitation for fraud, hacking, phishing...
