you should really put yourself in a domain buyers shoes.
if someone was listing a 8 day old domain in the buy and sell such as that one, would you fork over $8,000 of your own money?
if you wouldnt, then no point listing it at that.
always put yourself in a buyers shoes, if you wouldnt pay for it, then they wont.
