Anyone having trouble with Epassporte?

I've been receiving payments through Epassporte for some time now, but now people are telling me my user ID comes up invalid when they try to send money.. I've emailed support twice and haven't heard a reply in over a week. I can login and everything but people are just having trouble sending money for some reason... sound familiar to anyone?

Maybe there pulling your leg , or maybe there not just typing in the username but also typing in the @ epassporte etc. Could a number of reasons best to ring them up and talk to them.

never had a problem with them, maybe i'm just not using my account that often
