    NaughtyAmerica ----> step inside please

    why aren't we as an industry going after the owners of these fucking blogs? there is NO user submission bullshit DMCA excuse for these - they are run by webmasters who make their money as affiliates of the file sharing sites uploading pirated content every day in massive amounts. they don't even have to upload the files -the file sharing sites let them move them remotely from any URL including other file hosters accounts.

    open and shut cases of copyright infringements, no DMCA safe harbor protection and we let them grow like weeds.

    I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

              probably because some companies are guilty of doing the same thing and don't want that to come out in court. Not directed at anyone specific, just my observation

                              Their excuse is they are not "hosting" the content and therefore aren't the ones infringing. These sites don't have that long of a lifespan because often copyright enforcement groups (who can represent multiple content owners at the same time) follow them up the chain to their hosts for repeat infringement & most hosts don't take the risk with a small client like that.

                              Their legal theory also doesn't hold up too well since there is overwhelming knowledge and intent, but most sites like this end up going away at some point or bouncing around hosts until they run out of options.

                              I see he's got some of our stuff on there and will make sure it's taken care of.
