I'm kinda stuck cos I have the semi-pro DX lens range on a 300 body, so upgrading will cost me a fortune to get the same quality glass in the FX range.... upgrading the body isn't a problem, but to do the body and the lenses would cost me at least 10k for what cost me 4k for the DX kit O_o

If you are trying to marry older technology with the new, I doubt if you will get optimum performance. I'm upgrading several things, to go along with this
