    Whats the point of a livejasmin.com master account if the models can see who they work for???

    What is the point of livejasmin.com "master accounts" where you can sign up your own models to work, if the models can see that they are working for livejasmin??? I mean on the first page of their site it says "models wanted" they will figure out that they do not need a "master" and sign up for themselves and get to keep all the money???

    I asked the live jasmin support about this they said they do not offer this option...


    I can understand livejasmin,.com they get to keep the models for themselves but I do not understand why somebody would refer models to them only to get them taken away...They do not offer even a minimal amount of protection....


    Sure I am a parasite but this parasite invests money in clean rooms for the girls, furniture, education, computers, transport for the girls and I even pay taxes..I would expect at least some protection from my business partners....

    Does anybody know anyone from livejasmin.com that I could e-mail about this|? I spoke to their technical staff they were very helpful but its always good to talk to somebody high up...maybe I can get them to do it...

          The services you provide for models justify your cut. All of those things you listed you do.

          If I recall, VS doesn't let a model sign up again if they are in a studio. Have you asked LJ if they do the same?

          Not listing models wanted on the site won't prevent models from figuring out what site they are broadcasting on.

              Yes but its strange to me that they do not offer their master account owners ANY protection at all. Some of the girls are too stupid to know what a master account is, they will think I am the owner or what not, but other girls will figure it out in 5 min.

              WHY do models need to know? No reason at all. Sure they can ask a customer "what site am i on" but if livejasmin.com makes it easy as shit for them to figure out, and the models know each other, this will in time cost me a lot. Why make it so easy for me to lose girls to livejasmin?

                      That is how pimping works. You provide all the things you claim to provide, they do what they do, and you get paid. Just tell them straight up, this is what I do for you, and this is how much % I'm taking. (real street pimps often take 100%)

                      No need to be sneaking around if you're trying to run a legit business and take care of the girls. Who cares if they know? Just tell them how it is and they can take it or leave it.

                                                  I have cam girls. I do the same thing. Make them believe they need you and they won't go anywhere.

                                                  Create some fake computer problems that they NEED YOU to fix. Use your head. Outsmart them. You'll always have some girls who think they are smarter, and maybe they are, so you may lose some here and there. That's how it works.

                                                          Sites prefer to pay studios rather than individual performers.

                                                          It is a lot easier and cheaper for them to pay one studio, and let him pay his 10 models than to have to make 10 smaller payments directly to the models.

                                                          I have had studios asking me to lock performers out of knowing how much they earned or even how many minutes they have earned before, but never has anybody asked me to block them from seeing what site they are working on.

                                                          As DWB explained, to run a successful studio, you need to add something of value to the equation for your performers. Be it technical support, training, education, a safe place to work, the loan of a pc etc but something. If you are just standing between them and the sites and taking money from them without contributing anything then yes, most will soon rightly realise they don't need you.

                                                                  apts are cheap enough here where I setup a reliable girl with a little studio, a computer, basic furnishing, and whatever else she needed to get camming online. i tested her a few times at my place on a few sites just to make sure she grasped the concept and things are going well. my cut is a flat 30% on everything. could she do this without me? maybe with lots of research and some investment money to get her own place etc... but most girls will not take that risk/initiative. you are holding their hand through the entire process AND taking care of them from a business end, all they have to do is put their time in so I think thats fair enough. no reason to get at them sideways and hide things from them

                                                                          Almost all models are dumb and most are really fucking dumb. Just tell them you are Live Jasmin. Tell them you own part of the company. Tell them they are getting paid by a different company because you need legal separation to protect from lawsuits and for tax benefits.

What I do have a problem with is that the FEW very very smart girls are also the ones who will probably be making a lot of money. I do not want them going away and I will place them on other programs and not livejasmin.com. Luxury houses are very cheap to rent down here and I will keep them all in one house and I do not want that kind of news spreading to the other girls as well. I will offer them a dream world and for 95% this will be enough to stay.

You may lose some big money makers. But the GREAT thing about dealing with models is, new ones turn 18 every single day. Don't sweat the things you can't control. But always be on the grind looking for new models.

                                                                                      The current models seeing the new ones coming in may create some healthy competition, as well as the competition that already stands between the current girls. Girls are very competitive. Create a situation where they can earn extra money by being the best. Post it on a wall so all the girls see it daily and most of them will strive to not be out done by the other girls. List them in order of money earned and reward the top girl with something nice like 10 - 20% more pay for that period. Then drop the lowest girl by 10 - 20%. Or adjust all their pay based on ranking for that period. Lots of options. They all want to be the best. Reward those who are. It will keep them hungry.

I've chatted with a studio owner in Europe, where he has a hard time, getting them to come to work on-time for their shift, or worse ... they dont even show after payday, until they run out of money. Its not easy, but having fixed $ penalties in place, enforced over time, coupled with posting the earning of the models, IMHO is the right conditioning needed.
