In tampa they are everywhere. Last week this huge pick up actually had balls on the back AND front, just driving through ebor city on a Saturday night.

I don't think they are funny at all. I've never once laughed at them. What is funny is the fact that someone had to turn in their "MILF" license plate as it's way too offense but large balls hanging from a truck is A-OKAY!

I've seen them twice in NY. once on a Truck and Once on a buddies Mustang .. He had a Worked 5.0 and the plate was HungPny or something like that. it was HungPony and he had the balls for about a week before it got old.
