i had quite good experiences with www.TrafficHolder.com - the traffic is cheap, but works great.

I think you should go with http://www.exoclick.com/, it's quality clicked traffic, you can choose from what keywords, categories, countries etc. you want to receive clicks. ExoClick works on pay per click basics so that's you who are setting a price for a click and from what I have checked for a gay category, traffic is fair cheap.

There are number of ways to get traffic. Thunderball.net is a great free link and traffic exchange site which list thousands of sites with PR's. You can purchase traffic through Traffic Holder, Choker Traffic, or Traffic Adept. There are also free programs that you could sign up for and promote like Mass Traffic & what I like to call MVLinks.
