arrested for what ? I thought he was arrested and then they let him go.. ? i haven't followed the case much so far but pretty sure they arrested him then let him go because they have to have evidence to fit certain criteria to file a charge. If they don't have any evidence to fit the criteria that makes up the charge they don't really have a choice but to let him go.
