They are nobody to judge, if one person says another scammed them, who's to say they really did? Yet they would get banned for it? It's pointless. GFY is decent the way it, it works for what it's used for.

butts is the most efficient spammer on gfy. He posts one thread after another with same characteristics:
Thread Title would be something along the lines of - I totally lover her panties
and then inside he would post pictures of some hit chick with huge ass watermark to spam his site.
Search is disabled these days, but if you get a chance, look up the immense spam activity of his and get amazed for yourself.
It's kind of scary that people typically do pick up on same sorry spam attempts with others, but when butts spams, which is most frequent then anyone else, people typically go and play his game. Just recently a guy who owns adultspace posted a youtube video in a thread he titled - how come this video got so many views all of a sudden - and everybody picked up on the spam and picked on the guy. butts posts his most obvious thread right after and everyone goes - I'd hit it. He's a fucking spammer. Watch him for a day or two and will have no doubt...Comment
