And, for anyone that doesn't trust me, I will be more than happy to work on a much higher % for all monies I bring in compared to your current arrangement.
About me... I am a stone cold prick. I am your bad guy. If something is not going right it is my fault. If all is going well it's because of you. If people rebuy to fast that means your not charging enough. If people don't rebuy you may be charging to much. My job is always to find that common ground. if I know what company XXX will pay so and so for spot a then I know what spots &&&& and %%%% are worth. It's not rocket science. It's just simple math. I am kind of like the mafia. My job is too keep it fair. No one ever walks away feeling taken advantage of.
Also, you pay me no benefits. If you fire me you don't have to pay me unemployment. You don't have to have me come into your office every day and take space. You don't have to pay me 401k.
I am really good at what I do and take a ton of pride in it. I treat my clients very well.
