An APP if it's built right. And that doesn't mean 100% of the website features as some people are claiming, that means it has all the features you constantly use. Needing to go to the website to do something I only do once a year doesn't bother me. Having an extra feature on my app that I only use once a year that ends up blogging up the app will bother me.
The point of having an app is to provide me with features I need more easily so I can accomplish the task at hand more quickly and efficiently.
If I simply want the website and all of it's features - I should just visit the website right? That's what responsive design is for.
