The kid died.. Brian is now charged with Murder..
Google "felony murder rule". It states that if anyone dies during the commission of a felony, murder will be an additional charge. Vehicular assault on the guy Brian was chasing is felony assaulted. This sux ass but is the law.
Brians attorney will argue that brian was not assaulting him with the car but was following him to get the license plate because the guy hit brian from behind and ran. In time murder will get reduced.. Brian got hit from behind then the guy took off. This will be a very serious fact of contention Brians attorney will raise. i don't give a fuck what the paper says!!

This is absolute 100% bullshit. Brians attorney can argue it all he wants. If he puts Brian on the stand to testify to it he will be subornig perjury. Brian needs to step-up for the first time in his life and accept responsibility for what he's done: to the dead victim,the mangled mother, the injured child, the ruined family, the grieving friends, and to the people who had to clean up his mess that he ran away from.(Two of the respong EMT's are now in couseling and one of the respong LAPD traffic cops has resigned).
And most importantly he needs to set an example for his own son, another innocent victim who now has not only a 'pornstar father" to deal with but also a child killer.
