    Which retarded monkey comes up with these color schemes?

    Seriously.

    What idiot sets there and thinks blinding people and making them turn away is going to make them sign up for a program?

    It's like every skin is a contest to see who can come up with the worst possible design.

                              Bright white on dark blue with cyan on dark blue.

                              It's brilliant. Between the 5 minutes between pageloads and this colorscheme, it's going to cause sigwhores to drop off into nowhere from the pain associated with the site.

                                              With the slowness of this place along with the hideous skins, perhaps that's what they're trying to do.

                                              Anyhow, this is probably the WORST skin design we've seen yet. There have been some bad ones I know, but this one takes the cake.
