Forcing a twelve year old, or anyone, to do that is essentially rape. A friend who was partially similar situation told me each time it felt like not only was she being raped, but she was being forced to almost pretend she enjoyed it. Being pleasant to the "customers" meant denying the reality of the crime time after time.
So, how many years is righy for raping kids hundreds of times, with the assistance of your customers?
