I do apologize for the gap between our last correspondence with you and the final "fixed" response. We had gathered all the info we needed at that time, but could have and should have given you more updates along the way, you are absolutely right about that.
The ticket just required an extensive amount of troubleshooting with the Ajax code to get that feature working correctly. It had nothing to do with it being Saturday night. Believe me, we have done much more than our fair share of tickets on Saturday nights over the last 12 years
