Can't say I can support any law that curtails an 18 yr old's right to bang whomever they want. Underage - definitely, but once you turn 18 if you want to start banging your teacher, your doctor, your neighbor, your lawyer, or in my case your mother, they should be allowed to. Because once you're 18 it's no one's business but yours.
Passing such a law will be a mistake.
