I tell you what, the song doesn't fit into the mold of what a hit song should be but the fact that people can make decent remixes means it is a hit song.
The right remix by the right artist and it's probably going to be around for a while.

the only remix that would be succesful is with an added chorus, not the same sentence over and over again..

Trust me, record company people could easily make some changes to this song and it would be a hit for sure. They do this stuff all the time.

The hard part for the record company is finding that "catch phrase" that people are digging for the moment. They just dress it up some and pow, hit record. "Chocolate Rain" is definitely the phrase of the moment.

Remeber the "woot there it is" or "who let the dogs out"?
