                            I have to make a decision every night. Do I want to watch television or listen to music while I work? Music always wins. This job turned me into a horrible mp3 junky. Between me and my girlfriend I cant even imagine how many gigs of mp3 we have. I have at least 80gig, and I know she fills up drives, so I am guessing all together, maybe 150 gig of mp3. weeee ehahahahaa

                                                        I use direct connect now, you get to download entire folders from people so its basically like trading ftps. great for getting tons of mp3s or albums

                                                                                                                            Oddly enough I am not a big big fan of just straight up metal / death metal. I cant listen to anything off the metal tree as of late unless it sounds like the guy has been gargling drano or barks like a drill instructor. I still love all the old 80s thrash classics, but the 90s were a bad 10 years for metal.

                                                                                                                            Been listening to alot of black metal for some reason. If you can get the Cradle of Filth songs without that girl in them, I been enjoying the fuck out of them. There is alot of At The Gates style metal core out these days that is just amazing. Darkest Hour and One Nation Under are just so good its absurd. I think this generation of coming metal is going to be good. I had lost faith in the 90s.

                                                                                                                            Except for all this nu-metal slipknot limp bizkit mushroom head mtv mall metal.

                                                                                                                            Although I do like some Godsmack and System of a Down song. Does that make me gay?

And of course we got all the Bay Area thrash (where it all began) and Portland thrash blowing through town.
