Hey everyone and welcome to my first ever GFY post - tada!
I'm not actually officially in the adult business, although I do dabble in it, with some
blogs and other affiliate sites. Mostly as a hobby and an excuse to look at porn and
call it work. And because the massive traffic numbers and fucking horrendous
conversion rates in adult is a fascinating challenge (in a bizarre masochistic kinda
way)
I guess I'm in what you'd call mainstream - co-owning a running a big internet
marketing company that offers software, info products and consulting - mainly to
small businesses and independent internet marketers and affiliates (think make
money online niche - but remove the scammy shit and you're there)
As you can see I've been a lurking GFY member for a while... Partly because I found
that even though most of you are bat shit crazy, sometimes a good idea that can be
applied in mainstream comes up (Adult is often years ahead of curve)... and the crazy
part, well that's mostly entertaining.
Perhaps I can give something back the other way - my main areas of expertise is copy
writing and sales process optimization - can probably make your eyes roll, but who
knows, something might be useful.
Anyhoo - the reason for graduating from lurking... We also do mobile apps and
anything with sex sells - and we have some big plans in the near future.
So will probably be asking for content providers to spam the shit out of me with
non-nude content in the very near future - and thought it would be best to introduce
myself first
Better stop this now ... as a copy writer I tend to go on and on... and as you can
see I'm OCD about formatting text with neat line breaks
