Ive always had problems with loosing weight, but in the past 2-3 years it is been increasing more difficult. I work out 2-3 times a week, walk, do some cardio, etc., and no real weight loss. If i dont, I will easily put on 5+ lbs a week.
I know something is wrong, this can't be normal but the doctors Ive gone to just look and the results and say "its normal" but I highly doubt someone eating healthy and the proper calorie intake each day plus moderate exercise would GAIN weight
