I don't believe what I am reading here. How can something like this be allowed to happen? How can the DA just shrug this off like it's no big deal?? The only reason this guy is out is because the daughter felt guilty. That's pretty scary.
I would be interested to see how the initial case went and what they did to "prove" he was "guilty." Did this girl create fake evidence? Seems too young for that. I'm curious if the mother had any involvement.
