I don't know if you are trying to screw someone or not but I just wanted to let potential buyers know that..
Ringtone companies have been making major changes the most recent was the prohibiting of using "free ringtones". But, you could use "complimentary/bonus" as you can see at http://www.musicdirectmobile.com/. Which caused many affiliates to leave that market or have a lower profit.
Now, ringtone companies are adding another step in the signing up process and affiliates can't "select your carrier" pages are no longer allowed . Affiliates are already complaining about lower conversions

Sorry man but I think you are full of it. If this site was generating that kind of income within the past 6 months you would not be so eager to sell and you would be finding a way to bring it back. Not to mention you would have a fairly fresh customer base to work with to generate income. I had a site that was generating 50k a month at one time and there was no way in hell I would have sold it at that time and I especially wouldnt be begging people to buy it.
AND as anyone knows who has created a good money generating site knows, the first year is the most exciting. Its the first thing you think about when you wake up everyday, its your baby, you aint thinking about selling it, you're thinking you can make ten times what you're making.
And then there's this....
First you say you'll 'get it to him', then you say you have no money. Either you are the dumbest person on the planet or whoever buys this is.Comment

He has told me that a few times. Still no money and very little contact. Oh, he likes to blame me for the communication problems though. And then I get some story about why he can't pay his bills, yet he can of course use the work and try to twist the blame in my way.

idea being your method of making money selling ringtones - you actually have no members, no consistant traffic, no content or anything like that?

You're claiming $30k but have no revenue stats to back that up because your affiliate doesn't provide stats or earnings statements? And you expect people to purchase off of traffic stats? On a site that has a 1.9 Million Alexa rank?
