I've noted Barefootsies shady action over quite sometime now,
I personally would NEVER do business with the guy... he is absolutely full of shit.
There has been plenty of valid accusations towards him over the years, to which he responded with 100% deflection, never really addressing the issues.
The way he squirmed when people accused him of selling and spamming stolen content was amusing to say the least.

The same cast of characters want to keep blurring the lines between celebrity content, and anyone else's content. You see this again and again. It's no secret I have run celebrity sites for some 15 years now. It's not a secret that some of the same celebrity programs that many in this thread have pushed over the years use that same content. While I have not provided to all, I have provided to many.
If you are pushing celebrity sites in anyway, then you are essentially in the same boat regardless of how you would like to split your hairs and claim you are clean, and I am dirty. Which is what a lot of this bullshit is about.
Your "agenda" will end at the same place as better trolls than yourself.
I am an asshole, never claimed otherwise. Especially to the same cast of clowns who repeatedly come after myself, or my business over and over again until they get themselves banned, just because they do not like some board persona.

That being said, anyone without an agenda sees this thread the same as any BF hater thread before it. You can scroll through this and find the same exact names, repeating the same exact bullshit as before. Typically trying to maliciously blur the lines on the content accusation as an example. Or claiming I am a "scammer" (malicious intent) to defraud them because they did not have enough sense to back up their $5.00/mo. VPS plan.
Nothing new in this thread that differs from the other dozen before it. I can look at any of these threads, and it's just a bunch of guys with their various admitted agendas doing the same bullshit as before. He was paid up to date at the time he left for what he actually worked.
He was not paid for the week he was off traveling to other ISP's job hunting, tickets were not being answered during his shift, and other staff members later told me why once I questioned why tickets were not answered and they had to cover for him.

What would you call building back doors into Manwin sites (because you were their old web host) and pulling their traffic, to feed into your own traffic and pay sites, or offering to sell to someone else? I'd prolly think about the legalities of such things before I went running to the forums with my little vendetta.
I think most here would agree that would actually be called "scamming" someone.
I own more than one company, my money does not come from web hosting alone. I am free to spend my own personal money on anything I wish. Additionally, you are leaving out the part about you preferring to get paid by Paypal (because of your marriage/citizenship issues) and the account was having issues at the time before of some disputes going on (i.e. locked up), which had caused some of those delays. All of which were openly told to you at the time, and you agreed was ok and could wait.
You can keep on playing half truths all night long if you wish, sadly, I am not doing illegal things, much less "scamming" anyone with malicious intent to defraud. Like building back doors into sites I do not own, and stealing their traffic.
If you feel you have a pay roll claim, the court is always at your disposal. However, I had an admin log that backs up my position during your absence, in addition to admitting you were off during that time job hunting or flying around doing job interviews, as well as statements from other support staff at the time who were covering for your absence.
All that being said, it's unfortunate you still carry around such hatred. I tried to be a friend to you, keep you in the loop as much as possible when issues did come up so you could plan things out accordingly. Considering this is coming from a guy actually busted on GFY for stealing Fletch's designs, and an admitted theft when it comes to music, among other things he repeatedly brags about never paying for, I can only snicker.

* He did not get paid because he was not working his last week.
* As he admitted, he was across the country at job interview(s) and job seeking.
* This is verified by staff covering his shift, & the admin logs we use for back end systems.
* Hence he is not paid when not working.
