I've been using Godaddy for awhile and the uptime was not nearly good enough. It's been the worst days of my professional career and their online support was pure useless i have received lots of replies with copy and paste, no handwritten text so far. The online tech support persons I chatted with was clueless. They couldn't answer any of my questions allways finding excuses,trolling and lots of bullshit.
Same story for Hostgator, i totaly regret i used them for 5 months. If you try to save a buck, you will be saying to yourself you get what you pay for.
Finding a host is hard. Some of the websites have bad customer support, a lot of them have bad reviews all over the places and the only thing they want is to take your money away.
What I expect from a hosting company:
- fast servers
- 247 online support
- decent uptime
