What makes you think you can "file chages"? The DA files charges, not citizens. What charges would you even file if you could file charges? At best you could make a complaint. Again, what is the actual crime here? I'm fairly certain yelling at a child is not illegal.
That leaves you with a civil suit. What are the actual damages? Your sons feelings were hurt? Jesus you Americans are a fucking trip.
