I suppose you could teach this woman a lesson and let your kid go through the hassles that will follow. Or you could teach your kid what's right and how to handle himself in tricky situations like this and move on, with no further hassle.
My choice would be the second option. There are idiots everywhere. I can't control what other people think and do. But I can try to help my kid learn how to handle those idiots and not cause him any unnecessary stress.
All said and done, you are talking about spending every penny you have to destroy some other woman. Seems like a lot of time and money spent on someone else who you have little influence over, instead of your kid, who you have a lot of influence over.
