I'm not racist and neither are the kids. it was the woman who turned the whole thing racist, they are only in elementary school, and all play together everyday after school.

Setting out to get this woman fired is only going to fuel the fire as well. Now everyone will be talking about you and your kid for getting a black bus monitor fired over racism, in which they'll just keep calling you and your kid racist.

So I'm just supposed to let her get away with it? I agree it will blow over soon with all the kids. but for the bus monitor she'll be thinking twice before yelling at or putting her hands on someone elses kid.
