For those of you trying to detect zango visitors. You should know that they use a myriad of headers, not just 'zango'. They also use, hotbar, hbtools, seekmo, and I'm sure many others.

it's just a matter of someone buying the keywords from whatever billing company you choose to do biz with, it won't help anything. The only thing that WILL help is for someone to step up and sue the shit out of Zango for lost profits, and perhaps go after the companies who possibly violated trademark via the keywords they bought. I think everyone else is just like me though, waiting for someone else to step up and initiate the action. It will be expensive... a billing company would be a good candidate to get it started as they can afford it and they would probably generate a great deal of good will in the process.Comment

Guys - for me it's simple. Calculate the losses in the past few months. Video tape this transaction going bad. Click on the sites that have your stolen content - signup - get jacked by them. Then will you all put your money together and put it where your mouth is and sue these crooks? These are not people you want to do business with.
They will smile and pal you at shows and send you deals some other way and fuck you up the ass with no lube the other way. They affect your business cuz when YOUR sites aren't converting anymore (because sales are jacked to go to their sites)- affiliates think it's YOU that is either doing something shady, or your shit don't convert. So you get DP without lube and you didn't ask for it!
Class action lawsuit - I'm sure there are a few hungry lawyers with balls and you will get support from other programs losing millions and affiliates alike.
