Of course, neither of us can diagnose him unless he continues. I will say that there are not only types of schizophrenia but degrees. It can be the result of complex neurological disorders that are passed in genes, or it can also spontaneously appear when urged by stress or trauma and also dissapear.
That said, its a complex issue and not always easily diagnosed. I understand what you are saying and I almost want to agree with you except these things you mention are all connected by the common thread of both paranoid and delusional ideas and beliefs/fixations. The recurring themes he clings to are all common to a person suffering from schizophrenia. They don't necessarily have to have some bizarre fixation or "idiosyncratic" idea to believe (i.e. MindWaste and Avril or Cam_girls believing he's Adam from the bible). The extreme and irrational mistrust in "authority figures" (meaning the irrational degree to which he does not trust and irrational manner in which he both expresses it and defends it) is the first red flag and always a common trait to one degree or another. The insane ideas, incoherent and incomplete thoughts, bizarre rationalizations, continually shifting topics etc etc etc are all pretty common traits (i.e. cognitive processes are impaired, excessive/irrational emotion, inability to stay on track and form a coherent argument etc).
Of course someone immature could also possibly behave in this manner to an extent but someone who is "just immature" doesn't end up fervently trying to convince others we are the children of aliens and insist "its quite obvious when you think about it" and so on.
I also agree he is pretty immature and naive in his ideas, however, its hard to really tell if that's just immaturity or the driving need to again, reaffirm his bizarre world view as the result of a mental disorder. I think those two things are very hard to separate by reading forum posts.... and again, its quite possible that he's a 14 year old trying to sound smart.
Additionally, i'm confident that if you filled a room full of people who were simultaneously "Ayn Rand, Libertarian and David Icke fans" - you'd end up with a significantly disproportionate number of mentally ill people. ;)
