    Prezz of templatehype.com (failing to send our custom template)

    We paid this guy $300 for a custom mechbunny template without integration. A couple of days ago he said that he would send us the template files within a few of hours and gave us his word. 2 days later and nothing recieved, not even an email explaining why.

    I'm not sure if we have just been scammed, I'm kinda confused because apparently this guy shares office with the mechbunny creator, that was the main reason he go paid upfront. I thought we could trust the guy but so far he's been unreliable and a pain to do buisiness with.

    I didn't make this thread to express my anger, I just want some answers, so hopefully he reads this thread and gets back to us because emails aren't working. If anyone else has hired this guy to design a custom template please post and let us know how it went.

          I am the other guy of the "we" in the original post. We paid upfront and were left hanging. Friday I was assured I would have it in a couple hours (already late) and then monday he gave me his word that I would have it in an hour or so and he would stay in constant contact...that is the last I heard

              I admit that the delivery process was mishandled in a bad way, I apologize for that.
              I will deliver the template within hours and will propose a way of gratification for the delay.

                          well we paid half to start and half when it was "done" but we should have waited for the files not just on word it was complete. My time is more valuable than the money anyway...lets hope this is my last post in this tread

                              Thanks for the quick reply to this thread prezz, just a reply to my email would have saved me the effort of making this though. All I ask is a little bit more communication from you and the decency for a reply to my emails. Hopefully we don't have to come back to this thread asking for you in 24 hours.

                                          You not are the first person to have this type of problem.

                                          I also have contacted Prezz, for a big project of 10 different templates mechbunny, and the job was started on 2011-12-15 ( date of first payment).

                                          At today ( passed 4 months) the project is not still completed.

                                          Emails sent are totally useless, often i cannot receive any reply.
                                          His Icq contact is offline, rarely online.

                                          But, his designs are very great.

                                                  is this type of stuff outsourced?

                                                  i dont see how working one on one with a designer results in this? maybe im missing something, looks like either the project isnt completed or they need to get it from outsourced designer.

                                                          Prez is a Great guy to work with and a nice guy in person as well. Sometimes he is late with deadlines, but I am 100% sure he wouldn't fuck you over EVER. He even did excellent work on php scripts to make using our mechbunnies easier.

                                                                                  I paid him half to start and he told me that he will contact me early next week at the latest with the design for my approval.

                                                                                  And that was 45 days ago


                                                                                  Also he told me 10 days ago that in few hours he will get back to you with finished project.
