Who needs money? The definition of failed signup = :
The person tried to signup too many times... both of them. Still can't believe that they actually called *us* to complain.
Time to make some changes...
Yes I am so glad those customers were effectively stopped from burdening us with extra sales to count!
Yeah we need to *really* change a few things we do not need customers so satisfied and happy with our unique products that they would actually try and by more products the same day.
Good thing they were stopped in their tracks from making purchases with us or I might still be up counting sales instead of enjoying myself on GFY

well the good thing is now you don't need to count the money... Think of it like this... it was never yours to begin with (even though 2 customers called you and said... how the fuck am I going to pay you?) all is good on the front end.

No problems here...
I think they call it ... no problemo
Well we communicated with one of several denied customers from yesterday and he is very curious because he got an email telling him to call and verify his identity to have his phone consult transaction approved...
Sounds noble, and proper but one small problem...he calls the number and verifies himself and still is told he cannot get an approval... We offered him a few dvds for the trouble he was having.
He was very upset because his window of opportunity to do a phone consult was very limited, and he REALLY needed that consult
He also expressed his displeasure and curiosity because he still could not tell if his card was charged.
He was implying that the join form just "hung" and never returned an error or approval.
I am just really thankful that those 2 individuals decided to call us and vent their frustration about their sign up troubles.
For some reason we never got any denial emails so we were blind sided.
Well at least we have identified where the problem is and working expeditiously to correct the problem
As soon as they are done spending an ass ton of cash on the PX Forum on a ton of people that have never processed a dime with them, they will then address your situation.
On the affiliate side I am noticing lots of form submissions for each signup. It appears to me that customers might be getting denied and are using several cards to try to get in.
The phone verification concerns me a great deal as an affiliate. How do I know I am getting proper credit for these sales?
I really hope this phone verification isn't being used a lot. If I am a porn surfer I am NOT going to want to call someone up and tell them "I want porn and my name is John Smith". Come on guys.

You don't like my posts? Put me on ignore or fuck right off. I'll say what I want.

That's the crazy part... these *porn surfers* actually called us to complain. It wasn't until they called us that we then called ccbill.
We don't want to start bullshit... simply the ability to make money.
This thread is meant to give a little, friendly *bump* to ccbill saying "hey guys, something is amiss here... please try and give it some thought and correct"

We all know then that means for every one customer which called you there are anywhere from 10 - 1000 who got the same thing but didn't call in. Crazy.
I should point out this isn't something which is only happening to your program but rather it is probably happening to almost all of them. The same thing as above applies. If one webmaster complains at least 10 - 1000 others are likely thinking or experiencing the same thing.

It is a *little* different. Some people get hooked on Sara and want to talk to her live.
They were repeat customers and *pissed* they couldn't. So they called the number they knew and complained.
I agree... it is very, very rare for a customer to contact a porn site to complain they could not pay. It happened twice yesterday.
