Is 1/400 good? Would you think twice about pushing traffic to a program that did those numbers or are you looking for better?
What is considered a good conversion?

everyone's traffic if different
it's not that you will tell me that your sponsor converts at 1:400 and i will suddenly send traffic to it
most people also have different traffic sources, eg. one traffic source that i send to program x converts 1:100, the other does 1:1500 with same program
so your 1:400 ratio doesnt tell me ANYTHINGI don't use ICQ anymore.Comment

ALL traffic is different. Sending to different sponsors and different pages with different join amounts affect how your traffic will convert. The biggest factor is your original traffic and what they want. When you know what they want, you know where to send your traffic to maximize your $$$.Comment

FINALLY someone else says it so I don't have to.everyone's traffic if different
it's not that you will tell me that your sponsor converts at 1:400 and i will suddenly send traffic to it

I wish people would stop throwing conversion numbers around like it actually meant something.Comment

Well I guess traffic means SOMETHING, it just means different things to different people based on what KIND of traffic they have.
So what's a good conversion for someone with teen solo traffic to a teen solo site? lolComment

If I made a gallery with a link that said "click here for more pictures" I would probably convert 1:1500 with a high CTR, but if I made another one that said "click here to join her site for $29.95" I would probably convert around 1:50 with a horrible CTR.
The only way for me to compare two paysites is to use the same methods on both of them. That means that the final conversion ratio means nothing to anyone but me though.Comment
