To Anyone Running TGPX Server Edition

I know I'm not too known around here, but I'm an honest guy considering buying the server edition of TGPX.

There is a demo of TGPX of the jmb site, but it is the standard edition and I really want to see how it handles multiple sites from one interface before I buy it.

Is there anyone willing to create a limited access username for me to login and check out their script interface? I realize this is not likely, but I can't say much more than that you can trust me.

Contact me on ICQ if you're willing to allow this. 3O8 743 669

If nothing else, can someone post a screenshot to show how multiple sites are handled?

    Thanks,
    c-lo

Hmm I think I understand you. If only I had used TGP Rotator before! Damn.

Thanks for trying to explain it - figured this thread would fall right off the page.

I have the server edition, but I have not set it up to run multiple sites yet. I believe it will function in that regard just like rotator did. yoursite.com/ and yoursite2.com both will run off the same database. If my understanding is correct, you can run hundreds of sites off it as long as they are on the same server.

Yes, I read on the JMB site that all sites you run with the Server edition will be ran off of 1 database. I was just wondering what it would look like to manage all these sites...ie whether or not the sites' pages are seperated or listed on one big index.

I basically wanted to see how well organized it is in dealing with a decent to large number of sites.

          Thanks for the clarification, selena.

so can you upgrade old TGPR installs to TGPX?

just noticed there is a test script demo d/l http://www.jmbsoft.com/software/tgpx/
