I want to use the basic adobe player (clear skin 2) for my flash videos but I need to add a preloader to it. Can anyone set this up for me?

I need to buffer a flash video. I also need a player skin so users can play and stop the video. I would like to use the basin clear skin player adobe uses but I only see it in dreamweaver and flash cs3. I can get the flv video with the skin I want but I don't know how to buffer this.
I checked many sites about flash preloader and I was able to preload a flv video but then I can't get the clear skin player added.
I don't want to use software like flixpro because I hate the skins and I can't figure out how to import that clear skin from adobe that I like.
Basically I want the videos to look like the flash videos twistys uses on their tour but I want the videos to buffer.TeenPinkVideos.com

sounds like you need to make a swf with the flv and load both the swf and the flv to your website. This can be done with flash pretty easy. How big is the video?

Can you set up a flash file template I can use for any video? I have a couple hundred videos plus I will be making more each month. I just need the flash file to work from so I can add new videos as I get them to a certain frame in the flash file.
