Yeah.. .you know, where people organize behind ideas and leaders and coordinate their efforts to achieve an objective. kinda like education, calling 911, emergency room visits or calling the fire department - except in this perfect world, everyone is a great surgeon, no one gets paid and if you want to just stab your doctor with a Bowie Knife and steal all the meds when he's done, thats cool too because there is no police to call.
