In a free market (which we don't have anywhere near) if you didn't want to pay a woman or hire a handicap person or black person because you're racist or prejudice then they will go to a competitor and you will be dominated. The free market is an amazing thing. FORCING companies to hire based on gender or anything else IS force and IS discrimination. Why people can't see this still amazes me.
